Confidence Is Couture™ is a signature fashion-centered workshop experience offered through Building A Better You™. Using fashion as a creative doorway into conversations about confidence, self-worth, boundaries, personal presence, and purpose, this experience helps teen girls see themselves with value and take practical steps toward growth.
Confidence
Participants are encouraged to examine how they see themselves, challenge limiting self-talk, and begin showing up with greater voice, self-respect, and personal assurance.
Life Skills
Girls are introduced to practical tools that support everyday choices, healthy boundaries, communication, decision-making, emotional awareness, and readiness for school, relationships, and future opportunities.
Fashion & Purpose
Fashion is used as a creative teaching tool to help girls connect image, identity, self-expression, and personal presentation with who they are becoming — not just how they look.
