Our core programs serve as the developmental foundation with the Building A Better you pathway. These open-access progams support personal growth, confidence, decision-making and self-expression. Completion of these programs prepares participants for consideration into the Next-Generation Fashion & Arts Council (NGFAC)

Whether participants have a clear vision for their future or are still exploring their interests, this program helps build the confidence and clarity needed to move forward with intention.
Through guided personal branding and self-discovery sessions, participants explore values, goal-setting, financial awareness, entrepreneurship foundations, and self-esteem development. All About Me serves as a foundational experience within the Building A Better You pathway, supporting personal growth and readiness for future leadership opportunities.
My Body Is Important is a personal development program that supports young ladies in building a healthy self-image and critical awareness of media influences. Rather than attempting to shield participants from the constant messages surrounding beauty and appearance, this program equips them with the tools to thoughtfully engage, evaluate, and respond with confidence.
Through guided discussions and reflective activities, participants explore societal standards of beauty, self-worth, and personal responsibility while strengthening resilience and self-respect. The program encourages the development of a positive body image grounded in confidence, identity, and informed perspective.
