This Building A Better You virtual workshop series takes a different tack: by facilitating a variety of body images, healthy self-esteem and, ultimately, enhanced self-acceptance. During this 10-week "MY BODY IS IMPORTANT" series we address a variety of concerns females are faced with daily; such as body image, the influence social media has on how females view themselves, hygiene, maintaining a healthy hair and skin care regimen along with developing healthy eating and fitness habits. This series is for young ladies who may struggle with her body image and is somewhat conflicted with how they feel others view it.
Participants walk away with Improved body-image and esteem. Practicing a healthy routine for personal hygiene, nutrition & fitness is the goal and commitment to the outcome of this series.
