This "MY CHOICE" virtual workshop series discusses the impact social media behaviors have on the present and future. Sessions include discussions on cyber bullying and peer pressures young adults are faced with and how they can affect one's mental health. This workshop series emphasizes the importance of  developing good communication and decision making skills and offers alternate ways to resolve conflict; while still  acknowledging the challenges many girls deal with in attempting to stay true to themselves. This series helps to find your voice with confidence. 

The outcome of this series is better communication and decision-making skills and empowered leadership characteristics.
